How to get into bootloader mode Motorola i1, trying to flash to Cricket.

How can I get into bootloader mode on the Motorola i1? I am trying to flash the phone to Cricket. Any info on how to do that would help also.

You can not flash the i1 to cricket, MetroPCS or any other carrier that doesn't use iDEN. Cricket is a CDMA carrier. which makes it absolutely incompatible with ANY iDEN phone.
