beta 3: stuck on glaxy AOSP screen

i turned the phone off, and since then it won't load..
its just stuck on that "galaxy AOSP" screen and nothing happenes...

how do it reset everything? or is there other way to fix that?

Go to recovery and try with fix dbdata. If you made nadroid back up after the installation, you can restore it easily.
If that doesn't work either reinstall GAOSP 2 Beta 3 or try GAOSP 3 Beta 1 (you will need new recovery for that - version 6.5.2).

That's all that comes to my mind.
