Stuck in a bootloop.

I'm stuck in a bootloop because I cannot figure out how to flash the radio. How can I move the .zip to the root of the sdcard while it's in a continuous bootloop?

If u have a card reader put the micro as in it & reader in ur computer
Move the radio over and rename
PGIMG.zip.
remove battery and replace press Vol down & power at same time wren it detects ur radio, press yes
Done
