Default Uninstall Unrevoked3 Drivers

Complete noob when it comes to this. I just bought an Incredible 2 and wanted to root it. I installed the unrevoked3 drivers onto my phone through procedures listed by unrevoked. I then went to flash it using the recovery reflash tool by unrevoked. The problem is it wont recognize my phone using the tool. I read a few other threads and they say you have to install HTC Sync, Uninstall it, and then install the unrevoked drivers. I was wondering if A) Can I uninstall the unrevoked drivers that are on my phone now or B) Is there an easier way to get my phone to be recognized by the reflash tool. Thanks for your help!

This is the original Inc forum but we can help troubleshoot anyway. You said you installed the drivers to your phone? The drivers should be installed to your PC. Also, did they just add the Inc2 to the list of supported phones? I was just reading about your phone last week and they were using a different root exploit, not Unrevoked.
