Default Incredible Ice Cream Sandwich?

Hey im just wondering if there are any 'good' 4.0+ ROMs for the HTC Incredible?
Im tired of having the stock ROM for 2 years+.

Also im having problems with Rooting ive checked out other peoples post but unrEVOked 3 doesn't seem to work w/ my phone any more (ive done it with my replacement phone before the gingerbread update)

Thanks in advance!

(P.S.) first poster!

[ROM][Kang][4.0.4] CyanogenMod 9 for the Droid Incredible (Pre-Alpha) [5/07/12] - xda-developers
I've been using this rom for the past month or two.. went back to CM7 for a little bit and that didn't last a week before I went back to this. At least a good tie over until the DINC4G gets released or I cave and go for a GNEX.

Run, pretty stable on mine, I haven't experience any force closes unless you try to do video camera however that's a known issue. Speed isn't too bad, a little choppy in some areas but not enough to bug me. One thing I do recomend is using another launcher such as Apex (using myself) or Nova as I feel they give much more customizability over stock.

Anything special to upgrade from GingerBread 2.3.4 to Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.3.

Do I need to rename the ICE "aokp_inc_build-25.zip" file to PB31IMG.zip and place it in the root of my sdcard, along with the gapps-ics-20120212-signed.zip file, or is there something else I need to besides back up my Incredible w/GingerBread?

What are the major diferences?
