What radio you using and are you doing a full and complete wipe before flashing?
I am doing a full wipe before flashing and then i use titanium to restore apps only. Im using the radio that comes with the rom. I dont know much about it.

Radio's don't come with ROMS, but do this check and see what radio you are on. Go to menu> settings> about phone> software info> baseband
I'm thinking you are on 2.15.00.07.28 so that might not be an issue
When you do a wipe do you wipe/factory reset, wipe cache partition, then go to advanced and wipe dalvik cache? And do you do this all through clockworkmod recovery? If not then try this

Yeah, my radio is 7.28 and I have clockword for my nand backups and then I use ROM manager for basically everything else.
0.10.29 is that latest one. It was posted today, but it must be backdated for yesterday. I've been running it all day and I LOVE IT! This is now my every-day ROM. I have tried most of the others and this one is by far my favorite. Not to mention, it seems to be them most stable so far which is just icing on the cake!
d'oh!.. was a typo.. 0.10.29.0 is the latest indeed...

I see well there are many many reports of Rom Manager not wiping correctly or completely. I wouldn't know as I prefer to do everything manually through clockwork. I've only used Rom Manager to download a few things. I would give it a shot like I said earlier doing everything through clockwork. My bet is that this will work for you. I'm old fashioned I guess

I wiped everything the way you suggested and I still cant get everything to stop force closing. Such a shame, i wanted to try this out.
wow! hmm... are you by any chance on an SLCD version of the Inc?
Honestly i dont know, i had an original release one and then a couple months ago i got a new one. I wish i could figure out what the heck is going on with it.

Dang that stinks. If you have an SLCD version there are reports of them acting bonkers with aosp ROM's which this is.
I forget, but I know there is a simple way of telling if you have an slcd version or not it's something in the model # maybe? I forget! Look around I know it's somewhere around here. If it is slcd maybe you could try a different kernel as that fixes it from what I read. Again though, I can't find where I read it! lol It's at XDA that I do know

My hardware version is 0002. And its funny that you mention the test kernals. When i did it through rom manager it gives me the option of either the regular kernal or koush's test. Ive tried both... basically, I give up lol. Thanks for y'alls help, let me know if you think of anything else...
And I downloaded the zip without rom manager and tried to do it manually through clockwork but I got confused because there were multiple folders and files in the zip. Do I put them all on the sd card or just specific ones?

Place the .zip somewhere on your SD card that you'll remember. (I have a folder titled ROMS)
Reboot into recovery (when the phone is off press and hold Power+VolDown). This will bring you to HBoot. From here go to "Recovery" to enter clockwork recovery.
Wipe Stuff:
Select "wipe data/factory reset" and let it do its thing.
Select "wipe cache partition" and let it do its thing.
Select "advanced" then scroll down to "Wipe Dalvik Cache" and let it do its thing.
Install ROM:
Go to clockwork recovery's main menu (hit the power button to go up a level).
Select "install zip from sdcard".
Select "choose zip from sdcard".
Navigate to where your ROM is located and select it to start the install.
Note: After you finish flashing the ROM you can install any other themes/zips you have for the ROM using the same method. I don't believe you need to restart into MIUI before flashing stuff like NuBlu but I'm not 100% positive.

+1 on cjules86's method. this is the only way i've ever flashed roms. like jbdan, i prefer to see everything being done rather than let rom manager just tell me it's been done. and to let everyone know, i'm running 10.29.1 beta and it runs flawlessly. i've had it on the phone for nearly 18 hours and not 1 fc. no dialer issues (no t9 yet though), no fc in rom manager, location works for browser/apps and fbook sync has been fixed again. update coming down the pipeline possibly today from what i hear.

At this point the only thing I do in RM is manage backups and check for new downloads. Everything else is done in Clockwork. I'm really lovin' this rom too. I even have RR 2.0 loaded and won't switch. Using Koush's test kernel, no FC or anything. As for T9 I always use Dialer One for any rom I flash. Keeps my speed dials on the sd card and all configs I set. I really hope the flashover will work today, I can't set this up again. Too many folders and stuff where I want it.

This worked flawlessly! Now I can actually enjoy using this! This thing is disgustingly fast also, i put up a 1322 quadrant, fastest behind just the nexus one. Very pleased, thanks again all!

That is great news! This is how I've always installed ROM's and in more or less words is what I was asking you to try. lgldrgdlr just laid it out more user friendly than I did. Glad your up and running
Got it, cool. I'm going to wipe, had an issue with MIUI backup FC and Nix said he really thinks we should. Pain in the neck, but I have next two days off to fool around so why not. I'm actually a fan of wiping because I always find better ways to do things I thought were perfect. Then I'll do that capture and post, not that it's so great but I do like those black mods.
I haven't tried the newest release (guess I'll grab it tonight). I didn't wipe for this past release and the only thing not working for me is Youtube. I suppose I'll do a full wipe for this latest release and hope it's working again.
Any feedback on 29.1? The only thing I've notice on the current one is i can't put my phone on vibrate only silent. Also, the geolocation is messed up.

I don't know, but everything I need is working including FB sync and location services with news/weather et.al. I love the look of this rom, the feel and the quickness. I'm not moving for a while.

I've never wiped cache partition. Is that important? I've wiped the other 2 every time and have never had a problem.
I loaded the newest release last night and it's definitely nice (need to get used to it), but I am getting a fc with*228 and when using the video camera and a couple of other times I've gotten a fc. also fc with rom manager any time I go into manage roms
I wiped again this morning (same way minus the cache partition) and I'm pretty much getting the same results.
Any ideas?
thanks in advance

Test driving this rom. Liking it so far. My daily driver has been Shadow rom cuz it's fast and feature packed.
I would say nix's miui rom is just as fast if not faster. It makes up for having less features by having such a slick UI. Sometimes it seems a little too "iphoney", but it still has widgets.
Only thing bugging me so far is that the browser seems to be missing a couple of key features, Incognito Window and mobile web view off (I even set the UAstring to desktop and some pages still default to mobile view). Is there a way to change out the browser to another version that has those features?
I'm currently running the 10.29.1 version of the rom.

I don't know what Incognito is but have you tried Dolphin HD browser? Been using that for a long time, I never use the built in browser no matter the rom. Bookmarks saved to sd card too.

I'm a DolphinHD fan as well it's a great browser and now it's what I am used to!
