Ok, so please explain this to me like you would a five year old because that's about my intelligence level when it comes to electronic "stuff"... I have been having the most frustrating problem with my Incredible switching to another time zone and I have been told by HTC to do a "factory reset". I know how to do that, but specifically, what will I lose when I do this (besides the applications I've downloaded - I have those written down to re-install so that's no biggie). Can I somehow "save" the other information (e-mail contact lists, etc) and what exactly do I do once I reset the phone? I assume I'd have to somehow re-set it up with Verizon, right?

Again, remember you're talking to a techie infant here so laymen's terms and instructions like you're teaching a kindergartener will be much appreciated...
