I don't know what happened... I checked my phone once and it was fine, then again a few minutes later and a lot of my shortcut icons were replaced with default droid icons, and when I click them it says the app is no longer installed.

When I turn the phone on, all of my startup apps crash at once, and the apps that do work have all been reset to their default settings. Most apps crash when I try to start them.

I tried reseating my SD card, rebooting numerous times, and pulling the battery, but nothing is changing.

Had the same thing happen a few weeks ago, had to get a replacement phone.

if the apps that aren't working are on your SD card, that may be the problem
