Default Android Drivers Not Installed

I just downloaded unrevoked3 from my Incredible, when it gets to the 'waiting for bootloader , make sure drivers are installed' screen it just stays on that screen.

In device manager, it doesn't even show that my phone is plugged in BUT it opens it up as a drive as I selected on my phone.

How in the heck do I get those drivers installed / where can I get them?

PS: I'm running Windows 7, 64 bit.

Thank you so much!

I have another question, I've saved all of my applications onto my SD card... apparently i've got to do a factory reset before i root it, how will i be able to get my applications back onto the phone? manually?

There is no need to do a factory reset before rooting.

Factory reset doesn't downgrade your firmware. Try running it again.
Make sure you have the latest unrevoked, it works on all versions if the incredible.

You need titanium backup to uninstall them... Get the donate version and "freeze" them.

But now that you are rooted, your first step is to boot into clockwork and make a backup.

Download "quick boot" from the market to make it easy.
