My phone has a problem, it erases some configurations and all the downloaded apps, after reboot.

It forgets all the wifis, and dont hold the USB debugging option.

That doesn't allow me to root it with unRevoked, because it gets stuck in watting for reboot.

Can somebody helpme?

Sounds like it may be a hardware problem or a bad sd card. I'd try manually doing a factory reset and then try using t for a few days without an sd card in it.
