Default Unlock Code Was Reset
Hi everyone!

I am the emergency contact for work and we had some nasty storms last night. My phone kept rebooting last night during the storms and after reading saw that maybe that was the update completing.

However this morning, my unlock password changed. After five tries, it does not prompt me to put in gmail information. It just says try again. How can I get in my phone?

Tried rebooting and tried turning it off and on (IT crowd fans). Nothing.

How can I get back into my phone?

Have you tried a battery pull yet? leave out for about 30 seconds.

Last resort would be to do a factory reset from the boot loader (volume down + power while turning on)
