Confused Flashed phone, Need some help D:

Hello everyone. My name is Blake. I'm new here to AndroidForums. I have to say, I like this site (:

So I bought a full flashed Droid Incredible today. The phone is flashed on the $50 Verizon pre paid plan. Everything works on the phone great, but the internet. The internet works perfect if I have the 3G with the white up and down arrows. If I don't have the arrows however, it acts like it has no internet connection at all. Can anyone tell me why? How to fix it? (If it can be fixed).

Welcome to AF, Blake! Regarding your phone, the arrows are what signify a data connection is active, so when you don't see arrows, it means your data connection isn't active, and therefore, no internet connection. It might be a poor/no signal issue.
