Metro PCS - Major Changes

It may be me and my Old eyes but I had the edge and gave it to my kid.
Since 2011 i've tried samsung quite a few times. I always end up back on lg phones.
I have the means to use whatever phone i want. I have a moto d2 that stays with me and now my metro g stylo is my favorite. The wife has my f6 with the kitkat mini rom on it and all my kids get the latest phones that i either don't like or get bored with. The others I donate to our service men. Some are complete junk and end up in the grand kids toy box.

So trying the ones you want is the only real way to see which ones you really like. So don't trust some carrier sells rep on a web site hiding his Id to tell you what phone you should use. They are in bussness to sell phones. They don't care if in two months your not happy with the ones you try. They are selling phones and repeat bussiness is how they pay their bills.
So do look around and find what will make YOU satisfied with whats in YOUR pocket.

I have a 1+1 and I love it. My next phone might be an S6 edge+ or maybe a S7 seeing as thought they are bringing the SD card back. HTC nor LG interest me because I don't like software buttons (silly I know).
I wish Sam would do an S7 Jumbo/Supersized(screen size), anyhow they usually have multiple variants...I'd be all over that sucker!

And that's why Sam fell off their pedestal sales and standings - wise.
Even their bargain ***refurbished models
never attracted me...not interested in smaller screens, etc., etc.
And í don't see S7 regaining things for them.

***EDIT: meaning as the main daily driver phone...extra lines are as cheap a possible.

So... You better get your self an Android tv... LoL...
At over 6" I'm able to read many documents without scrolling n zooming.

Here's a rip from TmoNews
http://www.tmonews.com/2016/01/leak...-a-clear-look-at-samsungs-upcoming-flagships/

(who in turn ripped from Venture Beat
http://venturebeat.com/2016/01/04/s...icrosd-water-resistance-and-larger-batteries/ )
As far as specs go, the Galaxy S7 is expected to have a 5.1-inch 2560×1440 Super AMOLED display, while the Galaxy S7 edge is rumored to have a 5.5-inch 2560×1440 Super AMOLED screen. They’re said to have different battery sizes, too, with the GS7 packing a 3000mAh battery and the GS7 edge reportedly carrying a 3600mAh battery. Rounding out these phones’ spec lists are Snapdragon 820 processors, 4GB of RAM, 32/64GB storage options, microSD slots (!), 12-megapixel rear cameras and 5-megapixel front facing shooters.

I'm disappointed...

Why? Screen size? The edge is right up my alley.

We share a Nexus 6 - mostly a reader/tablet 6" screen . Same thing, easier to read, hi-def screen. But Im not sure I would like to carry it around 24/7. It is a big phone. Daily driver is still an LG G2, big enough, fast enough, easy to carry.
I always lugged around a lappie, now replaced by a tablet, hoping to in turn ditch it for the largest possible ☎ that can fit inside a cargo pant / coat pocket.
And a smartwatch could easily complement.
I was momentarily enthused by Samsung--- the latest S2 would pair with other brands + was getting Samsung Pay... Until they announced that the Pay port was not standalone- would only work alongside Sx & NOTEx.

I can almost view business documents w/o scrolling, so need 6+".

I may be missing something but you keep mentioning the physical size of the phone in relation to reading documents. Are you referencing how legible the document is from a difference? Should you not be looking for a better resolution and better ppi/density? What type of business documents are you looking at? Do you have an example you could share? I have a 1+1 and I changed the lcd density. My wife has a stock 1+1 and I can't stand how much space is wasted due to huge icons, text, etc...

edit: I blame the multiple posters in here for talking about the comments sections on those 2 links. You intrigued me enough to read them and now I regret it. Wow, that's all I can really say about it. Just wow.
