So after a long wait here comes the second iteration of Jet.
This is a final release.

Instructions to flash:-
1.Place it in your sd card
2.boot into recovery
3.factory reset/wipe data(very IMP)
4.install zip from sd card
5.flash
6.reboot
6.Enjoy the power!!!!!!!

hi can you tell what is Debloating? and what does init.d support.
well i saw a file named init.d in zip what does it do?

Debloated means removed crap apps.
Init.d let's to run scripts which is a performance improvement.
Did u try the ROM?

Hi,
First of all many thanks for this ROM and your efforts to make 'A60 people' cheer.

I haven't flashed any ROM before on my A60 n was searching for a 'good-n-stable' ROM for the same. Today I thought to give a try to yours (fingers-crossed)

First impression 'cool', thumbsup (btw, I forgot to take backup of data n apps, so the happiness didn't lasted long, LOL)

Anyways, its good and so far working great and I'm looking forward to your final release on this n hoping a new 'eye-candish' ROM. LOLz

EDIT: Forgot to tell ya that Devanagari Script displaying fine (didn't tried typing though). A big thanks for this also, will update further in-case any bugs or so.

Hey Friends, I m using Micromax A60.
I have flashed it with Sense custom Rom. And it works fine some days.
But nw, I m getting Error in Dialer "Force Close" issue, whenever a incoming call come but not on outgoing. and network of the phone also gone after disconnection of call.

Is anyone Backup the STOCK ROM of MicromaX A60. i want to go back to the Sock ROM or give me the solution of that issue. Plz Help meeeeeeeeeee.

but i have net on my pc.

Link is updated to direct one.
So download it, place it in your sd card, reboot into recovery, factory reset, and then select install from sd card option, locate that zip and then flash, and then reboot done!!!

i have installed ROM Manager 4.4.0.5
i have placed recovery.img from this link xda-developers - View Single Post - Micromax a60 Custom recovery Beta on my sdcard.

in the ROM Manager application under the 'recovery' section 'flash clockworkmod recovery' is there but when i select it a list opens but A60 is not listed, only A70 is.

totally confused... what do i do now? how do i get out of the stock recovery and flash the custom one i downloaded??

i've been jumping from post to post here and on Xda for the last 1 hour and its getting even more confusing...

okay after another hour of searching i found this. http://android.modaco.com/topic/329772-app-recovery-manager-v036-beta/
i installed the recovery.img mentioned above it goes on and on and on... finally no notification if installed or failed.

the phone boots up normally
now if i start the phone by pressing home+power... the micromax image stays on forever...

even more confused......

after further reading i found out that It is necessary to place the flash_image file into the bin folder before flashing the recovery... looks like i missed that step completely.

now i gotta figure out where to find adb shell or terminal.

downloading android SDK r16...

okay, to install android SDk one needs to have JAVA JDK... Downloading it now...

can somebody please tell me if i'm on the right track??? and what i need to do???

ADB Shell says 'permission denied' when i press enter on 'su' at $ prompt...

finally managed to get the clockworkmod recovery up and running

SUCCESS finally after 14hrs of trial and error and R&D

I tried as the website say but couldn't get it working on A60.

Any idea about how to get it working on A60.

i've using this rom for quite some time now and i'm facing a curious issue...
whenever the screen turns off the sdcard gets unplugged and then plugged the next second... not sure if the problem is with the rom or my handset but it is weird none the less...

its issue of stock ROM.
This ROM is modded stock ROM.
Try reformatting type Sd card or try restarting phone.
Did it occur frequently?

This ROM is working fine. Everything's great. But I am facing network problem. My 3G connection keeps on disconnecting frequently. Anyone facing same problem?
