Default HTC Inspire Bricked!?

so i was installing a new rom on my phone and something happend and it shut off in the middle of it loading. Now the only thing i can do is let it boot normally which wont boot past white htc screen. (stays stuck forever) or push vol. down and power and boot into hboot. this is the screen i get.

if i let it load in recovery it will load then go to a black screen with a red triangle. Then i can press vol. up and power and get into this screen.
its kinda blury but it reads

Android system recovery <3e>

Reboot system now
Apply sdcard:update.zip
Wipe date/factory reset
Wipe cache partition

oh i also have no backups of stom roms, just some roms on the sd card.
so where do i go from here? is it fix able?

i'm thinking wipe the data and caches, then try to reload from SD...never been in that position before, but its what I'd try...

It sounds like for some odd reason you have stock recovery back. I'd try the wipe data option like the others are saying.
