Default Putting Music In HTC Inspire

Can someone list instructions on how to put music into the Inspire? Yes I know we need a usb cord. But when i connected the Inspire to my computer i didn't know what folder to drop my music in.

Some instuctions would really really help.

Thanks.

I think you can just create a music folder on the sd card and put all your music in that.

Create a folder called "Music" on your SD card or just drop it into the root directory (on the SD card with no folder)

That's pretty much it, create Music and copy.

If you use something like Rhythmbox (Linux) or WMP (Windows) to manage playlists, you can also use them to 'sync' your playlists to the SD card. It will copy the music files and create a playlist for you. It will not, however, copy album art.

Ok. Real novice here. How do you create a folder on your SD card?

I always right click>new folder. This is on a Mac but remembering from my Windows days I believe it's very similar.
