There are several ways to do this.
- First you can just use the USB cable that came with the phone, and drag and drop the photos to your PC.
- Email them to yourself.
- Get an account on a photo saving website like Photobucket. They have an app that lets you sync the photos with your account.
- Get a cloud service account, like DropBox. (link in my sig)
- Save the photos to your SD card, and transfer the card to your PC.
