Hi everyone.

I just replaced the digitizer on the Inspire 4G and now the soft keys are barely lightning up. The search button lights up the most, but even then it's dim. Do you think it might be the digitizer that's defective?

I have taken this damn phone apart twice, and it sucks doesnt it? There are small, hard to see, colorless plastic pieces that direct light to the keys. They are easy to lose, and hard to find and you probably didnt even notice they were there and lost them. It has nothing to do with the LCD or the digitizer.

Haha not good news to hear, but that's probably what happened. Thanks for the response. I'll be more careful next time

If you can find those pieces and are willing to put them back? Its possible you may be able to find them on ebay or something.
