Default Cannot long-press one widget, but it is still active.

So I just downloaded a software update yesterday (for the first time), and ever since I cannot long press a certain widget. This particular widget is to change the phone's profile (loud, silent, vibrate) and it works perfectly fine; I just can't long press it in order to move/remove it.

I have tried placing a widget in its spot but the new widget just goes behind it and if I long-press the square it grabs the new widget.

I've put a clock on the widget and it just falls behind the widget.

Any advice or solutions?

Thank you in advance.
