Default contact unable to save

Family,
I have a problem of saving my ex girlfriend's number. She didn't block me cause I'm still able to call her. But my phone can't recognize her number. Even on the dial screen the option to "add contact" isn't available.

What's wrong?

Default

1) Try the entire number, if you're somewhere that you can dial a short number. (IOW, in North America, we can dial the 7 digit number or the 3 digit area code plus the 7 digit number - you'd try dialing the entire 10 digits, even though dialing the 3 digits will place the call.)

2) Try the add contact button (the + on the right, under the Contacts icon) in the Contacts screen.

Even if she had blocked you, the phone would allow you to enter her as a contact, you just wouldn't get through if you called her.

3) Add her at Google Contacts The phone will add the contact when it syncs.
