Default Lost root access?

After updating the last firmware I have lost root access on my phone. When I recieved the update on my phone I got error messages and couldnīt update. I then connected my phone to KIES and the update went fine.

Problem is, I have lost root access after this update..... I didnīt know that this was possible, but unfortunately it is.

When I open Super SU I get the following message:
"There is no SU binary installed, and SuperSU cannot install it. This is a problem!"

I downloaded a root checker, and sure enough - I have no root access.

My question is how to get my root access back. Is it safe to just to the same root procedure as last time I rooted?

Yeah when you install new stock firmware cwm recovery will be replaced with Samsung's stock recovery so you will lose root. Just root again with the cfroot kernel and you'll be fine.
