Default Rooting Galaxy S4 on 3 network

I want to root my Samsung Galaxy S4. I've seen instructions for doing this with a utility called Motochopper. However that appears to be for American phones/carriers.

Any advice or utility recommendations would be great. I know it's a risky operation so want to be sure before I go ahead. Below are some details.

Model: GT i9505
Android version: 4.2.2
Network: 3

I've enabled developer options on the phone, and have downloaded the Samsung USB drivers onto my PC desktop.

Can I take it for granted that the phone has the Snapdragon 600 quad core processor? If not, how do I check?

Cheers, Nick

Hi Nick!

I've contacted someone to see about where your thread belongs. Right now we do not have an All Things Root forum for your carrier where those with the same carrier and phone can better assist you.

Hang tight while we get this sussed out for you.
