Default One click for root and bootloader unlock?

I read that p3droid had worked on a one click root and bootloader unlock. Although i consider myself pretty good at rooting and modding since the OG droid days, i cant seem to get my adb android sdk working for my nexus any info on easier developments???

I used the following and was rooted within 10-15 minutes total.

[How To] Unlock Bootloader & Root Galaxy Nexus

The links are broken now, so either the OP will have to fix it or you can google for the files.
