Default trying to relock bootloader

Having some trouble relocking the bootloader and wondered if anyone could help. Following the droid-life instructions, downloaded the zip file, using winrar to unzip but when I go through the adb commands it tells me it cant load bootloader-toro-primekk15.img. I have tried putting the whole file in my platform-tools and putting the files in individually but it always says it cant load. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

command prompt on your computer. When you type fastboot devices while connected in the bootloader it should list the serial number of your device if the driver is installed correctly. If it is type fastboot oem lock , done.
