Default unblocking restricted callers

Does anyone have any info on doing this?
I know about TrapCall.com... its not free and my network doesn't support it anyway.
Are there any apps or anything that can unblock restricted callers?
I heard of another way of doin it by routing blocked calls thru a voip server to unblock the caller I'd. Anyone have any info on this too?
I'm sure ALOT of people are interested in this topic.

Thanks guys

Default

Not possible.

Call screening and blocking is a feature controlled at network level.
Theoretically, you can get 800 number from VoIP provider and have calls forwarded there. 800 service by it's nature should ignore calls blocks and record all the numbers:
Originating, Forwarding and Terminating
To search for 800 providers check dslreports-voip talk forum.
