Now that google wallet is available to our phones, is it still unsafe to use it when we're rooted? Would I need to unroot my phone to use it and does unrooting cause CWM to be unusable?

Bump...To clarify - I read that using Google Wallet while rooted destroys your secure element.

I have no idea. But I just went to a McDonald's today and tried it out the first time. I felt like a Jetson

! Man that's cool! But it needs to be in more stores. I really hope Google Wallet can become more popular and more credit card company's get added and more stores add the nfc scanners.

It's also cool that I bought a Nexus and got a free meal

Actually I found the other thread for this - It is okay to use google wallet while rooted.
