If you have twrp installed, you should be able to boot into it and use its ability to adb push the rom file to the device.

Your phone isn't bricked, you just wiped your rom

Also, if you haven't done so, you may need to configure the adb drivers.

The word "brick" gets tossed around way too often, imo. You cannot brick your device by flashing a recovery. Bricking most often occurs with modifying radios, etc. Being that there is no S-OFF for the HTC One yet, nobody will be able to do that. However, it is only a matter of time for that is accomplished.

Back onto the topic - did you create a backup of the stock ROM? You could restore that to get ADB/MTP back up and running again.

If youre still able to get to fastboot, you can enter your permanent recovery via hboot,or fastboot boot your recovery into memory. Twrp should have an option to mount USB storage, and an option to enable adb(iirc)

Let me go do some twrp investigating

first of all,it may be helpful to know what carrier variant you have... i imagine all the gsm versions are compatible, but if youre sprint, youll want to be careful what images you use.

unfortunately,i have no adb deamon running either. i botoed twrp 2.5.0.0 on my one x,and could not find an "adb enable" or such option.

first, check in the "mount" section... there should be a button to "mount usb storage" wich will allow you to to simply drag and drop a rom to your sd on the PC.

failing that, under advanced, there are options for adb sideload, and terminal commands(doesnt enable adb onthe PC) so possibly the former could be of some use,or maybe the terminal option could be used to "adb pull" someting from the PC

failing all that, you could try clockwork recovery, wich in my experience is always useable with adb,but again,we need to know what variant you have
