What's that?
Default Bootloop

I come to this forum from the days of the HTC Desire where, if a bootloop ever occured it was a simple case of battery removal and then on with a foray into recovery, what happens with the One? I have just unlocked my bootlaoder and am about to S-off, and the bootloop issue just came to me.

Default

vol down + power does a hard reset.
The lights will flash for about 10 seconds and it will reset.
