Default Might have messed up my HTC One

Hi guys, I might have messed up my HTC One and would like to see if anyone has any insights. The phone originally has TWRP installed. I then download ROM Manager and install CWM on it. I restarted the phone and now it can no longer power back on. Is there anyway to save the phone?

Try to get into bootloader power + Volume Down
then hookup USB and get fastboot usb (you might have to hit power once after pluging in usb)

Then from fastboot folder on your PC, Open command promp here and type fastboot erase cache

If it doest work flash TWRP back to the phone and try
fastboot erase cache again

when you say doesnt power on,do you mean nothing at all? or hangs at a particular point, bootloops, etc?

holding power until the soft keys start blinking should trigger a hard reset, wich is the htc-nonremovable-battery equivalent to pulliing the battery. try that,if you havent.

hi guys, thanks for the reply. I figured it out. It's just I need to press on power + volume down for a really long time. Thanks again.
