Does this have the same Build Number as the OTA upgrade? My ends up having "KRT16S.H5 release-keys". My Nexus 4 after upgraded OTA has just "KRT6S" Not sure why this RUU has the additional ".H5 release-keys" in it.

It is prolly simply an HTC thing. Build numbers and software verions will vary across mnufacturers, the important thing to look at when comparing apples to oranges is the android version. That's the only number that will be consistent across the board.
