hi all i just flashed the team venom 2.4.0 rom and it just reboots and reboots the boot screen, ive tried rebooting through adb and it says no device found? can someone please help me out? thankyou.
Have you tried performing a factory reset on the device yet? This is typically what needs to be done once flashing a new ROM onto your device, otherwise you will probably be stuck in a boot loop which is what it sounds like is happening to your device.

ok thanks. But how do i factory reset when my phone is currently stuck in a bootloop?
And as for the problem you're facing, have you flashed the correct boot.img of Viper ROM? That needs to be done in order not to get stuck in a bootloop.

Yeah, let's hold off on that factory data reset - when rooted, clearing cache and Dalvik is typically the right way - and as you've noted, you're bootlooping. And clearing things are not likely to help in this case.
So - I've moved this to our root forum for your model, let's see if we can't get that phone sorted.
First - can you get to your bootloader, and therefore into fastboot mode by powering down, then powering back up while holding the volume-down button until the hboot menu appears?
Can you get into recovery from there, if so?
Which recovery are you running?
edit - and - welcome to the forums!

add to this confusion, that a jb rom may not boot on ICS firmware... so the info from your hboot screen will be helpful.
in the mean time, you should be able to get back to a working phone by restoring a backup(you made one, right? )
