A pround new andriod user with TMobile......
Hello everyone!!
I live out here in the East Orlando Florida area, where it is currently HOT and very HUMID! I used to be a Sprint customer, but due to their tricky plan advertising and the "extra" $10 charge which is levied against the user for a "data plan" for their supposed, "everything plans", I decided to say, "UP YOURS" and go with TMobile instead! So far though, I have had the great misfortune to exprience the "Reboot Loop" with my first Motorola Defy that I had to wait 2 and half days to arrive at my front door step via UPS! So, I had to pay $15 to reship the broken Defy back to TMobile in Texas. But, I will say the 3 customer service agents who I had to talk to about my Motorola Defy's reboot loop problem, were extremely nice and very helpful, and spoke english and were not "out-scourced" customer service reps, whom seem to work for Sprint these days! Hopefully, the replacement Defy from TMobile will work for me and I will be able to write a stunning review of it here on this website!!
