Default cant open my tablet

Hi, I just bought a android tablet IDOS 57 slim. I charged it fully, and now it won't open for me. Just nothing happens when I press and hold the open button for 2 seconds.

Can anyone there help me?

Welcome to Android Forums Mary. I wish I knew what was up with your new tablet.
You might try asking in the sub forum that we have for your tablet. It is here:
Huawei Tablets - Android Forums I hope you can resolve your problem without a product return.

Welcome to Android Forums!

If you are talking about turning on the tablet, perhaps you need to hold the power button down a little longer. If the power is on and yuo are talking about the unlock screen, usually it's a gesture, not a press and hold. There should be an arrow showing you the direction to swipe.
