Default sound problems
I can no longer hear alarm sounds for appts. On my 4G. Used to work & I have my notification sound set. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Android Forums!

Go to menu>settings>sound and make sure silent is un-checked, the scroll down to volume and see what your settings are.

Did that. sound is set to normal & volume is all the way up. Any other ideas for me?

have you tried changing the default tone? Maybe the file is corrupt.
