Cool copy and paste password from yahoo messenger to yahoo mail

Hi,

I have yahoo messenger running on my android but have forgotten the password to login to yahoo mail. How can I copy the passowrd on messenger login screen and paste it at yahoo mail login screen?

I use Samsung Galaxy s

Welcome to Android Forums!

One thing to try... long-press on the Messenger password and select "copy" from the pop-up, then on the Yahoo Mail login screen do the same but this time select "paste". I can't guarantee this will work though.

Another idea is to look for a password recovery option within Messenger that will email your current password to you.
