Welcome to Android Forums.
What you are looking for is how to tether your phone to your PC. There are two ways to do this. The first is with the USB cable. You will need an app like PDANet for that. Or, you can set your phone up to be a wireless hotspot. For that try https://market.android.com/details?id=android.tether&feature=search_result. Of course your phone will have to be rooted.
Also be aware that some carriers require an additional data plan to tether devices to your phone. If yours does and you do not sign up for it. If they determine that you are tethering, then they can either add the plan without your consent or terminate your service.
