Palm Treo -->> Galaxy SII
after 5 years using a Palm Treo 680, was forced to get a new phone because the servers on the back end were being changed and supporting services I use:
Good things:
- big screen
- audio
- apps
- gps
- WiFi
- camera is wow
Bad Things:
- Treo is a better PDA, calendar, notes and integration to phone better
- the physical keyboard is much easier to use, especially if your bouncing around in car or bus (and I am not talking about while driving)
- memory card removal requires removing battery :-(
- miss the separate physical sound off switch
- battery consumption (ok, I have 3 batteries for the Treo, 5 charging cables, and a separate battery charger, just ordered some spares for the Galaxy)
- no clear migration path for a lot of stuff, so I am carrying the Treo around, while I migrate. battery life is long with no communication on
