Cry ROM Problem

I have a LG Optimus M.
I installed a Custom ROM on it, and it doesn't work. (Freezes on the LG Logo).
I decided to recover it, but when I try to use ClockworkMod it doesn't work!
When try to select anything it just goes to the Hat logo and doesn't do anything else.
What should I do??? I'm really getting scared about this!

Hellojaggy, Welcome to Android Forums. You will want to check into the root area for your Optimus M for the best advice. They know your phone well and are experienced root people. Here is a link to that area.
