Hi all,

New to the forum and reasonably new to Andriod.

I have a Galaxy Note (had it about 3 months)

As you maybe aware people come across these forums in need of assistance unless thats just me?!

Anyway i need help please. :-)

My camera, gallery and anything associated to the camera is just not working and nothing in my gallery although i still can get them through my files.

Any ideas please?

Welcome to the forum! The first step would be a complete power cycle, press the power button till you get a menu, select power down and after completely off, press the power button till the unit turns on. If that doesnt work, you might consider a factory reset. This will refresh the phone to new condition. It will also wipe all your data, so make sure you've sync's with Google beforehand. There may be other solutions and I suggest you visit the Galaxy Note section. Good luck

I have tried the reboot took battery out etc.

I will try the factory reset and let you know!

Also check in your device forum that Pasta gave you, they might have a solution for your issue before doing the drastic FR. Good Luck and enjoy
