Welcome to the forum! The first step would be a complete power cycle, press the power button till you get a menu, select power down and after completely off, press the power button till the unit turns on. If that doesnt work, you might consider a factory reset. This will refresh the phone to new condition. It will also wipe all your data, so make sure you've sync's with Google beforehand. There may be other solutions and I suggest you visit the Galaxy Note section. Good luck
