Nextbook 7 will not charge or turn on

I have had my Nextbook 7 a few months and only used it a handful of times. I used it one evening a few weeks ago and the next day it would not turn on. I tried leaving it charge for several hours then reset it but did not work. Can anyone tell me what to do? Very disappointed.

Welcome jojo97000, glad to have you here, however sad to hear about your nextbook.

I would say replacing the battery might help you, if the battery is removable that is, it could just be a bad battery.

If not you might be out of luck sorry
