Default Tel Samsung S3 error message

I need help, please.

When I call a phone number I get this error message: Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped. I feel disappointed because I bought a week ago. Thank

Hello and welcome aboard...

Unfortunately, that error message sometimes happens on almost all smartphones. This doesn't mean that there is something wrong with the device - but that there is an installed application that has either gone rogue or incompatible with the functions of the device.

If you can find and uninstall this app, things will most likely get back to normal. Also, you will want to stop by your device's area of support for some cool tips and info on this phone. Here's a link to your device's support forum:
