Hi everyone. I love the phone, hate the software connecting to pc. It's just not worth the hassle...

I assume you're talking about Kies, software for Samsung phones? I've only used it once and yep, I hear about all the pains people have with it. I believe if you're just transferring data back and forth, you don't need to use it.

Hey there Ian66, glad to have you

If you are transferring music to your phone you could just use Google Music Manager to upload music from your computer to it, and then they automatically sync to your phone, this would save you some trouble
