Default email load problem

my galaxy 10.1 tab will no longer display current email. It stopped at Sept 30 and no Oct or Nov emails are displaying. I can send email from the tablet. I use concast email.

sorry I posted a question. I work in education and recently obtained a samsung galaxy 10.1 tablet.
