I downloaded the handcent app and the emoji plugin on my android. the iPhone user I'm texting recieves them but when they send them back I can't see them I just get? ??? And random letters. Please help!!

Thanks for joining!
I don't use handcent, I use GoSmsPro, but there may be a setting in there about using emjoi encoding settings. Set it to Iphone? Like I said, I don't use Handcent so I can only speculate about those settings.

I've heard several instances where cross platform on the emoji side doesn't work. Hope mikes advice gets you sorted out.
