I have my phone account with TPG (in Australia), with voicemail. My calls go to voicemail after about four rings and I cannot find any setting on the phone or TPG website to change this.

Is there somewhere on the phone to set the number of rings before a call goes to voicemail, please.

I think this may be an unchangeable system setting. You could try posting in the Note forums and see what others say.

I think dragonslayer is correct.
Even here in the U.S., and I'm on Sprint and I cannot change how many rings there are until my voicemail kicks in.
You may be able to call your carrier and ask them about it.
