Smile Newby just introducing myself
Hi

My nickname is Margot, from the north of Scotland. I got my HTC desire on Saturday, having had to replace my very old Motorola Razr as I had cracked the screen.

I am a bit overwhelmed by all the technology on the phone but am working my way through the manual and am googling for tips where I can.

Having read some of the threads in the HTC desire folder, you all seem a very helpful friendly bunch who are patient with techno newbies like me .

How to make a girl feel old! What gave my age away? I may be the oldest in my office, but I've got the coolest phone! Most of them haven't even got touchscreen phones yet.
