Like Mike said, you could of downloaded a rogue app recently that has caused these issues on your device.
Otherwise if this isn't the case try removing the battery reinserting and restarting the device, this can sometimes solve minor issues like this.
Lastly, if none of the above are the case, you could always perform a factory reset on the device, this will delete all your data but probably solve all these issues.
