Everytime I turn my Verizon LG spectrum phone on, a window comes up in the middle of my screen saying something about LG MLT has stopped working. What's up with this? Then even before that happens, a female robot voice saying that I don't have any service. The LG MLT window that pops up gives me an option to click an "ok" button and then my phone is connected and useable but the other problem is my phone is lagging really bad and not as fast as it used to be, especially when I'm trying to text message and browse on the internet ever since this LG MLT problem has occurred along with the female voice saying I have no service.
I would appreciate any advice from anyone who can inform me on how to fix this problem since I am also concerned that this LG MLT and loss of service voice could be the result of a bug or a virus or something.

Thankyou for any advice that anyone may have so I can resolve this annoyance.

Sorry to hear about your issue there, but have you downloaded something recently and then you have this issue?

Like Mike said, you could of downloaded a rogue app recently that has caused these issues on your device.

Otherwise if this isn't the case try removing the battery reinserting and restarting the device, this can sometimes solve minor issues like this.

Lastly, if none of the above are the case, you could always perform a factory reset on the device, this will delete all your data but probably solve all these issues.
