Default cloudfone touch screen malfunction

how to troubleshoot the malfunction slide to open the huawei u8350 phone. i mean the touch screen is not working.

Hello mercy!
Hmmmm....touchscreen not responding? Have you tried a battery pull?
I am not familiar with that device...
Does is have a removable battery?
Or, if someone else has a better idea, perhaps a factory reset is in order. Although you will lose your data, it may help.

Welcome to the forums Mercy, glad to have you here

I like some of Mike's suggestions especially a battery pull and a factory reset, if that is your last option.

Otherwise if none of those work you might want to get into contact with the person who sold you the device and talk to them about possibly getting it repaired or getting a new one if it is under warranty.
