Have you tried reentering the apn settings?

I tried that and it wont even let me click on it to change settings any morooe thoughts or suggestions on that? I would greatly appreciate it. THANK YOU soo much for your help, i greatly appreciate it

If you can't manually enter the apn settings, you could try giving straight talk a call about this problem.

My experience with straight talk though, a call to them would be useless leaving you to return the device and having it replaced.
