sound problem

Hi, I´m gerry
I have a motorola luxe and have problems with my sound
when I being called, just a bleep is heard
It worked fine before
can anybody help please?

Sounds weird, have you tried turning off the device, removing the battery, and then reinserting and restarting the phone?

Also be wary that a factory reset will delete all of your data off your device.

tried both, now I have no response what soever when I call, they hear me but I hear nothing

Have you tried seeing if speaker phone works? I know this won't be a good solution but we could see if it's the entire microphone or not. Because it is starting to sound hardware related.
